I completed a diagnostic on a ducane air conditioner Upon my arrival customer advised that outside condenser would not turn on. I Found 240 V going to outside condenser and contactor pulled in. I Checked capacitor found completely depleted. I Replaced capacitor and started unit allowed to run with no further issues gave customer estimate for new system upon request. At time of departure system operational.
