I completed a scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner I visually inspected the unit checked voltage amps and pressure. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected the evaporator coil. I had to replace the Capacitor that was out of spec. it was Replaced under warranty. I checked refrigerant charge voltage and amps I rinsed the condenser coils with water. cycled and monitored system all operating normally at this time
