Fast, clean and courteous once the service man arrived. However, our time slot was between 8 and 10am. I had to call them at 9:55 to find out if they were still coming. I was told he was on his way and the weather/highway backup was slowing him down. I completely understand the situation, but would appreciate a call from the company ealier than the end of my time periodand before I had to call them. Overall, still great service on site!
