Dear customer. We’re here today to troubleshoot your power keeps going out and flickering. At the time of inspection, we couldn’t get access to main breaker in meter room to inspect it. We checked the indoor panel and found serious issues like double tapping, neutral wire is not hooked up correctly...and also found out the water heater is not hooked up correctly to power outlet which supposed to be hardwired. For your safety, we recommend: — Replace 100A indoor main lug panel — Hardwire water heater up to code — Request FPL to unlock meter panel cover to inspect main breaker and meter.
