Dear customer. We’re here today to troubleshoot your power keeps going out and flickering. After getting access to main breaker in meter room to inspect it. We found out that the main breaker was burned out and the meter jaw were burned out as well. Beside the indoor panel has serious issues like double tapping, neutral wire is not hooked up correctly...and also found out the water heater is not hooked up correctly to power outlet which supposed to be hardwired.
