I was dispatched out to this property to consult with you regarding an issue with your A/C not running due to your Outside A/C unit not running. ——— We attempted to run a new low voltage line and upon our investigation, we discovered the following: - The low voltage wire has been cut inside the conduit. - The condo conduit is compromised on the roof which will not allow new wires to run through it. - Visible water going inside the conduit to your unit. ——— This estimate includes: - Cutting drywall on penthouse floor level to access EMT going to roof. - Replacing EMT from penthouse floor level to the electrical box on condo roof. - Securing conduit with tar. ——— ****NOTES****: - There will be no drywall patching after work is done. - We do not know if addition conduit will need replacing until we start the work. - Additional conduit going to your unit is not included in this estimate. - Not responsible
