It was a horrible experience to me . I was charged $ 4000.00 to change the panels and wirings “inside and out “ but not all of those were done. The dryer stopped working . I called the office , they scheduled the technician to go back to the house . I waited for more than 1 hour for him that afternoon ,but he did not show up. I found out later that he came early . Well after that, my dryer still would not start . The following day I called the office of my concerns and spoke to Lauren , she was not sympathetic at all , she screamed at me and hung up the phone on me , I felt so bad. I was afraid to call after that . Later I was sent a signed acknowledgment letter in the email saying that I was fully satisfied of the work done . Well I was not satisfied And I am still not satisfied and also I did not sign it , my tenant said she did not sign it . I know that my tenant has a visitor in the house that does not speak English . I do not think it is right for them to let the visitor sign a paper that can’t understand what they are signing . The owner was supposed to sign not the tenant or the visitor . In my conversation with the Technician he thought that the dryer got burned out . Few days later , I had repairmen come out to repair the dryer but those 2 people could not make it start either . I eventually bought a brand new one and that would not start either . I plan to call Kings Electric again but I am afraid . I am also still waiting for the copy of the paper /forms that i signed that they were supposed to email to me . I still have not received those . I also do not have a paper that shows I have a 3 year warranty as promised to me by the Technician. To me it was a horrible experience .

Performed PM R.C.S. Upon arrival noticed float switch not working and A/H Drain Pan full on algae/gunk. Clean a/h pan thoroughly and VACCUM line . Also lay drain tablets and spray drain treatment . On C/U voltage regulated and Run cap going bad rated for 45/5 tested at 38.19. Fan motor tested as overamping and run cap will need to be replaced soon. Cut in new filter for customer. New Delta t is now 15 degree subcool . Will recommend safety float switch, Run cap 45/5 and outdoor fan motor

Today we went back to the job because the dryer issue is still occurring. Did extensive troubleshooting with Phil on the phone and the outlet is reading the 240v but dryer will still not turn on. Told customer to get new dryer cord to see if that is the issue, if not to call us back and talk to Phil.

Today I was called back to your home because you donâ€™t have power in the bathroom, bedroom, or dryer outside your home. After troubleshooting and testing everything for power, everything has the power it needs and all the lights are on in your home, including bathroom. Your dryer 40 amp outlet is giving the 240v as well. Your dryer isnâ€™t turning on, youâ€™ll have to call a appliance company to look at that for you. We replaced your indoor and outdoor fuse panel with new 200 amp main lug panel for the inside and 200 amp main breaker panel on the outside with surge protection as well. The only issue we had was when I corrected the wiring that was rigged for your dryer and outside lights and when I put it on a double pole 40 breaker it didnâ€™t have enough power for dryer, just for the lights and outlets. I gave you an option how we can get that fix for you as well but you decided to hold off at the moment and asked me to put the rig back how it was. Everything is on and has power. The correct wire size #10 was ran in a liquid tight with its proper connectors. I tested the outlet clip for power and everything is reading correct as for everything in your main disconnect as well.
