We were called out to the house because the customer had concerns of the work we previously had done. We installed a 20amp circuit next to the panel in the garage. The customer used this circuit for a laser engraver. The customer says that the engraver was damaged by this circuit. I tested the breaker and and it read 93 volts. When I reset the breaker, It went back to normal (123 V). Due to the customer concerns of the breaker may be faulty, I replaced it under warranty.
