Supply and install one (2) whole house dehumidifier systems installed in the AC closet under the air handler units. Install condensate drain pipe and connect into the existing drain system of air handler. Provide safety drip pan with water safety switch. Provide low voltage wiring between the existing air handler and the dehumidifier. Provide 120-volt power source for the dehumidifiers (by others). Provide a remote wall mounted "remote control " on the wall adjacent to the AC to control the system. Includes our “Red Carpet” one year maintenance program on each system.
