Furnace repair in gurnee Illinois. This is a York 80% 2 stage gas furnace. Igniter was open. No big deal. Installed new igniter and tested furnace. Unit not cycling into high fire. Turns out the thermostat is hot working properly. On thanksgiving day most people would install igniter and run but at one hour heating we provide some of the most thorough service in the area. Unit back up and running in both stages. Another one bites the dust!!
