Furnace not working 10:00pm, Called 6:30am, Phil was there within 45 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem (thermostat). Replaced the thermostat and diagnosed other issues with the furnace, not critical but he gave me all my options for repair/replace in the future. Highly recommend this company
