Hello, On November 11th, we called the company Cooling and Heating. Telling them that the furnace broke down. Someone answer me took my information and sent a technician in the next 45 minutes. The Technician came in and try to fix our furnace he put a temporary part supposedly to keep it running through the night. He told us he will come back on November 15th to put the original part because the one he put it was not compatible with the furnace. We waited for him the next day from 2:30-4pm he never showed up. A woman called me arouns 4:10pm telling me the technician could not make it in today to fix the furnace. She tried to helps us by scheduling an appointment for next day. By the time she called me I was at work and I told her I need the technician to come by tomorrow morning from 7-10 am she said no because the schedule is full. I told her im gonna make a complain about it and right away she called me back saying we have a truck that can go and fix the furnace. She was trying to send someone but I wasn’t home. I called back and im trying to get someone right now... but she said man you have to wait until tomorrow morning at 7 am, because their is other people calling. I have two children that are sick supposedly yes you are a company that helps 24 hours but not. Really BAD SERVICE! Today the technician phillips showed up today at 7am nothing the door loud. He supposedly fix the part. When he told us he was done he said is gonna be this amount. When he went and got his Ipad the furnace turn off, when it was turning on, it automatically shut off again and he went straight back to the furnace turned ut back on the switch. He thought We didnt look at him turning it on. He right away wanted to charge us. When he charge us he started screaming at us telling he didnt promise to come back at 2:30-4pm on November 15 to fix the part. Instead of apologizing he was yelling at us. I have proof I have a video, which im gonna do something about it because thats not allowed! He was saying he is the owner and etc. He could do whatever he wants! But never apologizes that didnt show up the day before. BAD SERVICE!
