I performed a diagnostic service call on a ac unit that has stopped running. Upon arrival I discovered that there was a bad cap on the outdoor system, I replaced the cap and cleaned the unit off. Later on found that the system was low on charge, added charge after I got the owners permission. System was running as intended at the time of departure.
