I completed a diagnostic on a gas furnace. Customer noticed a weird smell coming through the vents, I realized when I got there that there was a chipmunk dead behind the furnace. Customer removed the aminol and it will just take time for the smell to work its way out of the home. Furnace was working at the time of departure.
Upon arrival I did a callback install on a Carrier Air Conditioner. Customer informed me that the air conditioner was not turning on and that there was water leaking from the furnace. I discovered that the system was low on refrigerant which told me that there was a leak. I added 1.5 pounds of refrigerant but informed customer that I would have to return tomorrow with a field supervisor to do a more extensive leak search.
I provided a diagnostic service call on a unit that was not running efficiently. Upon arrival I discovered that the blower relay board is shortened and is causing the heat to come out of the vent. I unhooked the blower wires and hot wired the blower motor so the air would temporary work. There was a few more costly things wrong with the unit at this time so I went over options with the customer and at this time he had decided to go ahead and replace the unit.
I performed a callback install on a ac unit that it taking a long time to cool the customers home down. Upon arrival I discovered that the blower was left on factory speed and the coils were dirty from flooding. I adjusted the blower speed and cleaned the coils, unit was cooling properly at the time of departure.
I performed a call back service on a ac that was not cooling enough to satisfy the customer. Upon arrival I installed a Honeywell Programmable Thermostat. The thermostat came with a 5 year Part Warranty and 1 year Labor Warranty. AC working good at the time of departure.
I arrived to a home to perform a diagnostic. Upon inspection, I found cap bad, tech replaced cap and cleaned outdoor unit off. I also found dirty filter inside, pulled filter, tenant said they would replace. Checked pressures, all else good with system. System operating as intended upon departure.

I performed a diagnostic service call on a house that was not cooling, thermostat was set at 71 but the temp in the house was 82. Upon arrival I discovered that the main Circuit Control Board will need replaced.
I arrived to a home that recently had an installation. Customer complained of AC not cooling the home. Upon my inspection, I found system nearly out of charge, turned disconnect off outside and added nitrogen to system, then found large leak on indoor coil. Indoor coil will need replaced. System not operational upon departure.
