Found compressor and fan not running in condensing unit when I arrived. Found capacitor to be bad. Replaced capacitor and all components turned on. Found air filter to be slightly dirty but causing air restriction going through furnace. Recommend using less restrictive air filter and changing more frequently. Found condenser coil to be restricted causing poor airflow through condenser. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked refrigerant levels and refrigerant looked. Recommend keeping air filter and condensing unit coil clean.
