From the initial call to La Salle to the time the service tech (Max) left, my experience was refreshingly wonderful. La Salle seems obsessed with customer service. They even text and email you the reminder of the appt and even the service tech’s photo and credentials! Max was very professional, thorough and went above and beyond expectations.
