I completed diagnostics and found HP r22 pressures low. I explained repair/ replacement options. The customer would like to get another quote before moving forward. I found the furnace full of water. I showed the customer and they decided to leave the blower door off for awhile. I sent the customer a replacement quote and priced repair quotes above. The system is still low on charge at this time
