Diagnostic was more expensive than I was hired by other companies ($99) but they were able to arrive a couple hours earlier than the other guys...and with a young child at home, in a home with no Heat and 20 degree temps outside I gladly paid the extra.

Upon arrival I replaced OEM Condenser Fan Motor, Capacitor, & Fan Blade. The system is operational upon departure.
I completed diagnostics and found the capacitor failed on fan side. I replaced with turbo 200 and the system fired up proper. The pressures were proper then fan stopped running after 5-10 min. The fan has failed and I explained repair/ replace options. I sent repair estimate to email. The customer opted to replace fan motor at this time.
Upon arrival I spoke with the customer who said the plumber said he saw a water leak at our condensate drain. I confirmed the leak and found a crack on the bottom of the pvc. I replace the 90 degree elbow and 6” past crack. There is no leak at this time and I informed the customer they may run the a/c now. The gas company has the whole houses gas off, plumber said the manifold after gas shut off by furnace is also leaking. I instructed the customer once the gas company turns gas back on to home, give us a call and we will return to remove the old gas manifold next to furnace, (adjust gas line). The system is operational upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic service call on a Trane air conditioner. I determined that the unit was in need of a new capacitor, I went over options with the customer. Unit is functioning upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic service call on an ICP air conditioner. I determined that the unit was low on refrigerant. I recharged the unit and replaced the capacitor. The unit is now cooling properly.

I completed a Half Install of a Annual Spring Air Conditioner Sale Five Star 13 SEER Air Conditioner System Complete. The system is operational upon departure.
I installed Honeywell Zone Control HZ311 system and high voltage electromagnetic contactor. After I replaced I tested system operation. I found no other issues. System operational upon departure.
I completed Full Install Five Star 96% Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000BTU)ION System Control Thermostat Five Star 19 SEER Variable-Speed Air Conditioner (Up to 3 ton). System operational upon departure.
I completed spring tune up on a Comfortmaker air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed diagnostics and found multiple issues on 2002 Rheem Furnace; inducer runs and runs, clogged induce port, cleared and checked all ports, System is heating and operating within manufacturing specifications.
