Great tech, Chris. Knowledgeable and professional. Quick repair, honest...would use again! Diagnostic was more expensive than I was hired by other companies ($99) but they were able to arrive a couple hours earlier than the other guys...and with a young child at home, in a home with no Heat and 20 degree temps outside I gladly paid the extra.
