Upon arrival I found the fan operational but I could hear the compressor humming. I checked the dual capacitor and it needs replaced to further troubleshoot system. I quoted repair and it was authorized and performed. The condenser coil needs cleaned as head pressure is high and unit appears to be possibly overcharged. I quoted the cleaning and it was authorized and performed. The system was operational when leaving.
