I have had Link Mechanical from day one in my new home 18 years ago. A company is only as good as its employees. Link has great reps and my technician is superior, very professional and hard-working. Robert takes pride in his work. I had only one experience a few years ago where I was a little discouraged regarding the A/C. The managers came to my home and made sure I was completely satisfied. Now that is service. As long as this professional and caring attitude continues, they will have me as a customer for another 18 years!
