Upon arrival spoke with customer and explained what I would be doing today and explained I would be going threw the entire system. Customer showed me where thermostat was and filters as well as indoor unit. Went into attic and started checking coil. Coil is clean and showing no signs of leaks. Drain line is clean. Heat exchanger showed no signs of cracks. Wires are all tight, safety’s are working. Cleaned flame sensor. Gas pressures are at 3.5IWC. Indoor unit is working properly at this time and is very clean. Went outside, coil is clean. Wires are tight. Disconnect wires are tight. Capacitor checked out at 35/5mfd. System has charge on it. Pushed contacter in to test system and fan motor and compressor both came on and ran good. Over all system is working great. Spoke with customer about a 90% furnace in an attic and the issues that come with it and she agreed she had issues at one time. I explained we had a “fix†to try and help the drain line from freezing.
