Excellent service - delivered late

Josh did an excellent and thorough job of inspecting my HVAC system and answering my questions clearly. My only complaint is that I was told that he would arrive between 3-5 and he did not show up until after 6. Otherwise, I would have given him 5 stars.

Friendly and informative

Shawn installed a compressor saver on our unit. He quoted us a price of $375.00. I looked up compressor savers while he was installing. They run from $37.00-$50.00. It took him about 25 minutes to do the installation. That means he earned over $325.00 for that 25 min. Sure hope this pays off for us.

Excellent unit check/cleaning

Very valuable having Loving Air check the units. Manufacturing quality has decreased thus servicing the unit is absolutely recommended to catch problems before they ruin the entire unit. Exceptional thoroughness of the HVAC inspection I feel confident the unit will be working (or fixed) every time!

Arrived at customers residence and was led to the thermostat and error code 83 low pressure lockout for four hours. Put gauges on system and found that the system was flat again. Took so bubbles and covered every joint. Could not find leak at this time. After trying to trace leak from the indoor unit and the indoor coil was unable to find leak at this time. After lengthy leak search popping up system to 400 psi under the impression that leak would be heard due to the high psi. Unfortunately that was not the case today. Isolated outdoor unit pump system up with nitrogen to 300 psi. Closed both service valves to isolate outdoor unit from indoor unit to customer would be back in a couple of days to check isolated unit. Left heat pump system with the ability to use emergency heat until problem with system is resolved at this time. Spoke with Ryan Goring about the leak check and he advised me to shut an outdoor unit from indoor unit to isolate leak at this time.

During my inspection today, the customer greeted me at the front door. He got started by informing me that he just started to replace the thermostats. And then the system would not work. He said he contacted the customer support line for the new thermostats and they informed him to check voltage. He said he didn’t have any voltage at the thermostats and then they informed him to call a HVAC company, during my inspection, I found that the three amp fuse for the system was blown. Upon further inspection, and questioning with the customer, I found that he did not cut the breakers off when he was doing the thermostat which popped the fuse. I gave him the option to install a new fuse, and to inspect the rest of the system, which he did go with. I did not find anything else wrong with the system. I am giving him the option to install two new thermostats, which will be customer supplied by him and to inspect The upper system and then to go with a membership. The customer informed me that the

Upon arrival found the other existing fuse had failed inspected electrical connections no damaged wires found at this time. Replaced fuses with 25amp fuses found at the breaker panel was 30 amp with original 15 amp which may have lead to system over draw. Informed customer to contact us in a few days to see how the system is operating or same issue occurs. System was able to satisfy temp heating and in cooling with no issues returned system to normal operation.
