Upon arrival spoke with customer. Went to stats and turned both on. Went to attic, coil and blower are clean. Wires are tight. No leaks on coil. Unit is level. Duct work is all tight. System is getting call for outdoor unit and heat strips. Indoor unit is working properly at this time. Went outside, found contacter pitted. Found board was getting power for low voltage but not sending it threw. Once I reset board it came on. Started checking over system and found txv bulb the line had busted so txv is failed causing refrigerant not to cycle properly and cupausing unit to shut off as well. Called and system is under warranty so I got price for repair with warranty. Called customer and explained what was going on. Customer was confused with pricing because normally we are working on the mini splits and they are done hourly and main systems are done flat rate labor so I emailed over to customer and he is going to look at it and give us a call back.
