During today’s maintenance, I only found one thing that I wanted to bring to the customers attention. This is that the flame sensor for the furnace is damaged. I cleaned it off per membership, but did find some pitting on the flame sensor. I informed the customer of this he told me that he wanted me to write it up for him. I wrote it up two ways, one for me to order it from Trane and one for the customer to have us come back and install his supplied flame sensor. The customer didn’t go with any options at this time. All other components on the heating system is operating properly at this time. All other information is in my check sheet which I have emailed to the customer.
