Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer had no complaints. Started looking over system and it was very dirty so I priced up to clean unit coil and blower. Spoke with customer and they didn’t want to do it at this time. They are going to try and clean them selves. Unit is level and drain is clear. Changed filter. Indoor is working good besides dirty. Went outside, all electrical checked within specs. Motors amped within specs. System has pressures on it but with dirty unit can’t be sure. Defrost is working at this time. Spoke with customer about humidifier and called Ryan and they also want to have myself and Ryan come look at the unit and see about moving it.
