S Greeted customer at door, and informed him on what I am doing for the maintenance today. Preformed maintenance inspection on a Mini split system. Cleaned filter and indoor coil per contract. Checked delta T of system and it meets manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks at this time. Checked compressor and outdoor fan motor amp draws and found them to meet manufacturer set points. Checked wire connections and found them to be nice and tight. Didn't see any sign of arching either. Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system. Checked indoor coil and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Wiped down blower motor wheel per contract. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points.
