Arrived at customers residence and was greeted by customer and was led to the thermostat and it is heat mode and is functioning properly at this time. Inspected outdoor temperature sensor and was unable to properly ohm sensor due to not having charge to properly find if ohms are correct or not. Found wiring on thermostat to be heavily bald up causing thermostat not to make normal connection due to bulging and the wire section of the thermostat. Inspected low-voltage wiring on Beckett burner found back up burner is functioning properly and low-voltage wiring is in proper condition, no shorts marred or breaks at this time. Inspected outdoor unit heat pump, system wiring and found no evidence of being wired wrong at this time.
