Arrived at customers residence and was greeted by customer and proceeded to the thermostat and shut off system to proceed outside to out door unit to replace temperature sensor and after replacing sensor started up system to ensure that system and thermostat are cycling properly at this time. Have cycled system twice at this time and system is functioning properly at this time. Inspected condensate drain and it is clear at this time. Condensate pump is functioning properly at this time. Inspected 20x25x1 pleated filter and it is clean at this time. Inspected barometric damper and it is functioning properly at this time. Inspected emergency shut off switch is functioning properly at this time. Upon departure system is functioning properly at this time.
