The evaporator coil is clean and free of debris. The blower amps are 10.8 in correct range per manufacturer specifications but close to the max operating amps of 11.1. The 10 uf run capacitor is in correct range per manufacturer specifications. Recommend an ez trap for the primary water safety. The condenser coil is dirty. The 70+7.5 run capacitor is shorted on the compressor side. The system is out of warranty. I quoted a turbo capacitor for replacement. The customer signed for the repair. I installed a new turbo 200 capacitor set to 70/7.5. I turned the system on. The compressor amps are 9.89 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. The condenser fan amps are .93 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. The refrigerant pressures are 330/110 in correct range per manufacturer specifications but the condenser coil is dirty causing the pressures to be inaccurate.
