Upon initial inspection found low voltage wiring at circuit board AHU loose due to the screws not being tight . Retighten all screws at board. Opened two small holes on supply and returned duct to test static pressure. Found both supply duct dampers closed to 60% and 45% affecting static pressure also 2 supply vents in the living room blocked by large sofa due to sofa feet height 2 1/2 inch tall from carpet to bottom of sofa. Customer moved sofa for air balance . Found 1 closed vent in bedroom , opened vent to perform air balanced . Adjusted blower speed for static pressure and CFM’s requirements . While inspecting the outdoor unit found: Disconnect not sealed at all Line set wall penetration not sealed at all Applied clear Silicone to disconnect, disconnect is now sealed properly. Applied thumb gum to wall penetration, wall penetration is sealed properly. During the inspection of the HP unit found: Loose contactor screws at L1,L2/T1,T2. Tighten all 4 screws for the high voltage
