S Greeted customer at front door and informed him on what I am doing today for the maintenance today. He showed me the location of the units and thermostat. Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system. Checked indoor coil and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Checked blower motor wheel and found it to be clean. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and cleaned it with water to meet membership. Didn't find any signs of leaks at this time. Checked outdoor capacitor and it failed my inspection. Checked outdoor fan motor and compressor amp draws and found them to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to be low. Informed tye customer of my findings and gave him options for the repairs. He went with the 5 year warranty on the capacitor. He also went with the membership today. Took picture of the pressures after adding 2 lbs o
