During my inspection today, the customer greeted me at the front door. He allowed me to come inside to inspect his equipment. He asked me what I would be doing today. I told him this was a post install inspection for the attic system. He informed me that he did have two systems. And then I informed him that if he wanted the second system inspected, it would be a inspection fee And it would have to be rescheduled for another day because I’m not allotted the timeframe for two systems today (per the office). He was uninterested in Having the basement system looked at at all. He stated to me that everything was running fine at this time that they haven’t had any issues. I still gave the customer the option for me to inspect that system just in case he changes his mind. he showed me around to the upstairs unit. It was in an attic. I used a 6 foot ladder to get up there. He also showed me where his filters were and his thermostat. The filters were clean at this time. Open the attic. I inspe
