Upon arrival spoke with customer. Unit not working is on the left side of the home. Went to stat and we turned system on. Went into basement, pulled doors off and found indoor coil was leaking. Also found coil was dirty. Showed customer the video and we called for a territory manager to come and verify issue. Drain line can not be cleared. Wires all tight. Indoor duct work is tight. Went outside, wires all tight. Contacter is pitted. Capacitor checked within specs. Fan and compressor amped within specs. Refrigerant levels are extremely low. Compressor Megohmed in the green. Disconnect wires are tight. Got price and availability for coil.
