Upon arrival spoke with customer. Started with attic system. Turned stat on and went to indoor unit. It was running. Voltage was correct. Coil and blower are clean no leaks. Unit is level. Drain is clear at this time. Went outside and found breaker tripped. Found compressor is shorted to ground. Downstairs turned system on and went to indoor unit. Coil and blower are clean. All wires are tight. Unit is level. All duct work is tight. System is calling. Went outside and found system tripped off on low pressure. Found high pressure switch on outdoor unit failed and leaking. Called and got a price for repairs. System is no longer under warranty as of March 22, 2022 basement . And attic May 16, 2022. Gave the customer the options I could for them and explained we could look at options with the territory manager. She wants to speak to husband first.
