Upon arrival spoke with customer and she explained she thinks she fixed her issue. She went to move stuff out the way from in front of the indoor and found the drain safety tripped so she cleaned the drain and system has been working ever sense. Went to stat and made sure no alarms or anything. Vents have good airflow and we went to indoor. Pulled filter. Coil is clean, blower is clean and all wires are tight. Made sure drain lines are clear and working. Unit is level. Turned on heat strips just to test them and made sure they turned off. Went outside, cleaned off outdoor coil. All wires are tight. Fan and compressor amped within specs. Refrigerant levels checked within specs. Contacter and capacitor checked within specs. Disconnect wires are all tight. System is working normally at this time. Going threw the system with the customer we spoke about indoor air quality, also spoke about water heater and dryer vent cleanings. Also spoke about protecting the indoor with a surge protector
