Upon arrival spoke with customer and he had no issues. Went to attic system, all electrical checked within specs. Unit is level, duct is tight. Coil is clean with no leaks. Looking at duct work and noticed roof is leaking water so took pictures and went and showed customer. Basement furnace coil is clear and no leaks. Wires all tight. Gas pressures are correct. Drain is clear. Found gasket for heat exchanger has failed. Outdoor units both are clean. All electrical checked within specs. Attic system pressures are within specs. Defrost is working at this time. Both disconnect wires are tight. Spoke with customer about the furnace issue. He wants to speak with his wife so I will be calling back tomorrow to see if there are any questions.
