Upon arrival spoke with customer about system and she was happy. Turned stat on and went downstairs. Coil is clean, no leaks and drain is clear. Blower is clear. Wires all tight. Cleaned flame sensor. Adjusted gas pressures. Flue pipe is wobbly and needs new glue and reset in place. Got hits for carbon monoxide and checked with camera. Had to use second camera after first camera shut off and found cracks in heat exchanger. Took pictures and went and spoke to customer. Explained the issue and I had to shut gas off. Went outside, wires all tight. All electrical checked within specs. Motors checked within specs. Refrigerant pressures are within specs. Disconnect wires are tight. Called and got information about heat exchanger. Explained to customer the gas side will not work but the heat pump will. Customer approved repair and did not want price to replace.
