Arrived to the customers home and greeted him at the door. Spoke with the customer about how the system has been performing. Performed all cleanings per membership removed washable filter and cleaned left on the front porch to dry. Customer will installed once dry. Completed today’s maintenance inspection. Found system performing within manufacturer specification and working well. Addressed Duckwork concerns with customer went over options to resolve issue. Customer declined all options today emailed all options including check sheet from today’s maintenance. Returned system to service.
