Preformed heating maintenance on both systems. Started with upper level, confirmed filters were clean and thermostat is working properly. Checked electric heat and found amp draw within manufacturer spec 41.2 Took amp draw on blower motor and found within spec 1.31 Found all high and low voltage wiring is good and tight. Found blower wheel is clean and balanced. Evaporator coil is leak free and free of any debris. Drain is clear and safeties are working properly. Checked refrigerant levels and found within manufacturer spec using heat check chart 90/350 Found contactor showing no signs of pitting or arching. Capacitor is within its recommended range. Took amp draw on the compressor and found within spec7.57 Amp draw on the condenser fan motor is within spec .73 Put system into defrost and confirmed its operation is working properly at this time.
