Arrive to the customers home and greeted them at the front doors. Customer was unable to show me around but being I’ve been here in the fall was able to find all the equipment an thermostat locations. Completed maintenance inspection on both upper and main level systems completed checklist with all information and readings taken during the inspection. Went over options discussed during inspection customer declined at this time. Emailed checklist and estimate discussed. Returned system to service
