Upon arrival spoke with customer. Explained what I would be doing today. Went to stat and turned system on. Went downstairs, filter was dirty. Coil is dirty and leaking. Blower is dirty. Found wire loose causing blower issue. Contacter for heater kit is very pitted and failed my inspection. Went and spoke with customer, we called and have Elgin coming out tomorrow 10-11am. Went outside, coil is dirty. Inside of outdoor is dirty. Wires are tight. System has pressure, took a picture but can’t be sure about pressures due to dirty system. Compressor Megohmed green. System is working at this time but is going to fail at any minute. Tried to price up new coil but they are no longer showing that coil anymore.
