Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system. Checked indoor coil and cleaned it per contract with chemicals. Wiped down blower motor wheel per contract. Checked ductwork and it failed my inspection. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks. Checked contract and found signs of welding to it on the inside. Checked outdoor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked compressor and outdoor fan motor amp draw and found them to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. Informed the customer of my findings and gave her pricing to do the repairs. She turned them down at this time due to her helping with her daughter's wedding. She wants to be followed up in the fall for the ductwork cleaning.
