Upon arrival spoke with customer. Asked how the system had been doing. Customer said good and said that I knew where everything was and she went and got back on the phone. Went to stat and checked system out on the stat. Went upstairs, customer had new filter for system but it was incorrect. Indoor blower and coil are clean. Drain line is clean. Wires are tight. Cleaned flame sensor. Heat exchanger checked out good. Turned gas side on to make sure it came on. All duct is tight and made sure all wires to dampers are tight. Went outside, coil is clear. Wires are tight. Fan and compressor amped good. Refrigerant pressures are within specs. Disconnect wires are tight and surge protector for indoor and outdoor are working well. Gave customer options for dryer vent cleaning, water heater flush, and a uv light. Customer is not interested at this time. Also spoke with customer about filter and she was very upset and explained a manager had sent her the correct filter to get but it was the wro
