Upon arrival spoke with customer and started looking over unit. Found system has multiple error codes, went to attic, coil and blower are clear, coil is “warmer” drain is clear. All duct is tight. Upstairs stat is reading 65° but really 78°. Went outside and started checking and found txv failed. Called tech support and spoke with joe and he gave me a case number for the part and we ordered the txv. He explained it could just be an update issue where it didn’t fully take for the stat issue, to shut system completely down and see if the update shows when powered back up once we put the txv in. System ac is down at this time but system has gas for heat. Explained to the customer it could take 3-8days for the part to get in but as soon as we had it in hand we would be calling to get her on the schedule.
