Upon arrival spoke to customer, went upstairs, all duct is tight, blower and coil are good. Coil has rust but no leaks. Blower amped at .8amps. Wires are tight. Safety’s are working. Went outside, found cap for suction line off. Hooked up gauge to find system about 1lb low. Wires all tight, fan amped at 1.1amps. Compressor amped at 5.9amps. Went and spoke to customer and asked her if anyone had been around th eoutdoor unit. She explained they had some kids from out of the neighborhood come around messing with peoples things. I explained a cap was missing and the system was alittle low. Priced up locking caps with system and just putting refrigerant In the system with same cap. Customer wanted to just do the refrigerant and put the cap back on. Put 1lb of r22 in system and pressures came right up. System is working good at this time of service. This is not a callback
