came to customers house system was in ac mode and running pressures were low had no subcooling. Went to indoor unit and leak searched evaporate coil found no leaks there turned system back on and test txv to make sure it was working properly it passed my test. Checked air flow. Air flow was with in manufacturers specs with a .19 static pressure. Went to outdoor unit and leak searched it and found that the discharge service valve was leaking. Used leak detected on it 3 times and went over ever time. Called Ryan goring to see what he wanted me to do I put leak lock on it and tighten it down as tight I can get it. Then recharged the system by putting system in stage 5 charging mode for a hour and 45 mins to get pressure properly within manufacturers specs. Presumably we’re 295 and 134 with 12 degrees of subcooling and had a 21 degree delta t. Told customer that we would replace service valve and get back with her tomorrow with a eta on part and replacing it
