To replace crawl space indoor and main unit capacitors together 7.5 mfd and 45-7.5 mfd. 3 years warranty on parts. Preformed heating inspection on dual fuel system. Checked indoor and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Wiped down blower motor wheel per contract. Checked blower motor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Cleaned flame sensor per contract. Checked heat exchanger and didn't find any holes or cracks at this time. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks at this time. Checked outdoor capacitor and it failed my inspection. Checked outdoor compressor and fan motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. Preformed heating inspection on dual fuel system.
