Preformed maintenance inspection on main house heat pump. Checked indoor coil and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and cleaned it per contract, didn't find any leaks at this time. Checked compressor and outdoor fan motor amp draw and found them to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. Preformed maintenance on basement heat pump. Checked compressor and outdoor fan motor amp draw and found them to meet manufactur
