Arrived at customers residence and was greeted by customer.. Customer led me to the thermostat`and put it in cool mode and it is functioning properly at this time. Inspected blower motor and wheel and it is dirty at this time.. inspected condensate drain and it is clear at this time. Inspected 60 and 30 amp breaker for airhandler and heater kit and both are functioning properly at this time. Tape joints and ductwork joints are tight and neat and without any visible air leaks at this time. Inspected evaporator coil, and it is dirty at this time. Blower motor has an amp draw of 1.6 A at this time. All electrical connections are tight and need to the components and wire nut connections are tight and neat as well. Refrigerant lines are tight and neat found no visible leaks of any kind and armorcell insulation is intact and without any visible defects at this time. Inspected disconnect for outdoor unit and it is tight and neat to the side of the home. Also inspected circuit, breaker panel
